Madeon - Technicolor

Madeon is amazing. He began producing trance at age thirteen and spent the rest of his teen years working hard at forging a fresh, original sound. His hard work paid off, and now he has millions of views on both YouTube and SoundCloud. He's still in his early twenties, and he is only improving. This here is one of my favorite tracks by him. I find that even with the amount of vaporwave tracks I've been posting, this is an even more summer-focused track. I love how Madeon took house and put just the right festival flair to it. One of my favorite parts of this track is how he fuses cinematic with electronic. Many think that electronic should not be mixed with classic genres of music, and that classic acoustic instruments only lessen the impact of the song. I believe exactly the opposite, in that whenever electronic is thoughtfully blended with styles and instruments from cinematic and orchestral, the song becomes that much more epic. That being said, I feel like Madeon has produced a truly massive soundscape within this track. Enjoy!
